Solo Specification

The drawer fronts, doors and carcasses are made of 15mm (MFC) Melamine faced chipboard.  The tops are made of 25mm (MFC). The edging tape used is 0.4mm PVC. This provides a very durable product, which is ideal for general contract use.

The 4-sided drawers are made of 12mm vinyl wrapped chipboard, which are all 150mm high and 360mm deep.  All the drawer bottoms are made of 3mm High Density Fibre Board that is also used for the chest backs and wardrobe backs.

Our handles have a drill setting of 128mm and are all made out of steel or aluminium.

Steel T-Nut / Steel Pegs provide a solid base for our 40mm castors and are used on all chests and wardrobes.  The hinges are a 30mm metal hinge and cruciform plate, which is fully adjustable, set at 110 degrees.

The hanging rail is a steal round tube with a 19mm diameter and are inserted into the wardrobe sides.  The backs are fixed into a 5mm groove within the product, for extra stability they are stapled and silicone.

The wardrobe tops and bottoms are screwed on, as are the chest bottoms. All the ranges run on bottom fixed metal draw runners.

The mirrors are fixed on with double sided tape and secured with an adhesive. All mirrors are FULLY safety backed with a 19mm beveled edge.

To clean the product we advise you to wipe it with a damp soft cloth.
